Pilsner and Munich malts from Bamberg, a generous dose of German hops and reverse osmosis water, all fermented slowly with house lager yeast. It is then lagered for a minimum of four weeks. The end result is effectively a mini-pilsner: straw coloured, crisp, moreish, light in alcohol but not in flavour.

Three friends with decades of combined experience in the food and drink industry founded Braybrooke Beer Co, a specialist lager brewery situated on Braybrooke Farm. Situated just outside of Market Harborough in the heart of the peaceful British countryside, on the edge of the village of Braybrooke.
